Can someone help ?

I’ve got this free theme TypeBased installed in my Blog but I am having a hard time customizing it. I am still doing a good Job, isn’t it ? Anyways could any of you please help me fix the width of the Post Content area. Its very small and because of that I am not able to put proper graphics in the post. I am restricted to use only 400px wide graphics. I don’t wanna do that. I want to make it wider and reduce the width of the Date and Author area it seems to be very wide.Also the padding seems to be very wide.. I can’t make any progress as I am not very good at any language/coding.

Did you notice the changes, There are so many but just to give you the idea. The main changes are the width of Post and sidebar

    OK Then, keep an eye here because I am gonna do it. I like that theme very much. But this one is cool as well :)

    I think the last theme was better .. Eric maybe you can hire Kuld33p after he has done changes to his theme
