ISRO announced today that they will bring Bhuvan the Google Earth competitor in the market. The main feature of ISRO Bhuvan would be that compared to Google Earth, ISRO Bhuvan will be able to zoom till 10 meter anywhere in India. Now tell me last time when terrorists attacked on Parliament and 26/11, our politicians said that these guys used Google earth. Will they not have a better tool now. I am not able to understand why Indian Government is funding such pathetic projects. Another such example of failure is Chandrayaan. I mean I don’t understand why would India send a satellite on moon to find out what ? US have done the research there is nothing that Indian scientists will reveal now. And whatever happened was expected out of it. Chandrayaan was utter failure. All Indian tax payer’s money is going in vain. Nothing is being done for the safety of civilians.
We are still living in the same unprotected world where you don’t know whether you will be alive tomorrow or not. People are so scared to come out of their houses. If there is no terrorist attacks then there are internal terrorists, I mean every day you hear about kidnapping, murders and robberies. Everyday there is a new story about crime. I am sick and tired of listening to these kind of news. I wish I could do something about it. Our law and order needs to be changed. People after being convicted as well roam freely in India. Thats our law. Anyways, I think I deviated from the topic. So what I was saying is that the same way we failed in Chandrayaan. ISRO Bhuvan is also going to fail, these guys don’t know what they are up against. Its Google.
Oh my God. We seriously need some developers in Indian Government Department. Our government websites are damn funny. I can’t even begin to tell you.
My dear friend
1> Moon has a high deposits of He-03 .. the future enerygy resource… There must be some attempt by India to get it, coz the competative future is based on having sufficient energy resources .. Do you want India not to have it when China USA Russia have it ??? 90% of energy requirements in India is thru burning Coal buddy!!!!
2> If Google had thought that they are up against an Already Successful Yahoo or Microsoft they would not have succeeded anything buddy! ryt???
3> Please donot underistimate ISRO or any indian for that matter
4> Why dont you quit your Job and come and Im prove ISRO rather than criticising it
Thanks for enlightening with your bright thoughts. If you see Vishnu, I am not criticizing anyone or anybody. I have just put my thought on this post. I mean it would have been a really good idea if we could spend all this money on our Infrastructure improvements. We are competing US UK and China in terms of arms and ammunition and these satellite projects, why don't we compete US China or other countries in terms services provided to their civilians. There are thousands of things which can be implemented to avoid any terrorist attacks but none of that is evident.
We should rather focus on improving the inside not the outside. As of now it looks as if India wants to show off, which as per my understanding is not correct.
Mr Kuldeep
The Chandrayanaan project is not a failure. The U.S. govt. is not going to tell us where the resources are present on the moon surface. We have to find it on our own. more over India is in dire need of energy sources and we have to find every possible way to secure our energy needs.
Every country has problems and stop accusing the govt. for not doing any thing. What have u done in your level to solve the country's problems???…don't compare terrorism in India with that of U.S., U.K. ; both these country are surrounded by water on all the directions or don't have neighbors like Pakistan,Nepal and Myanmar from where infiltrating our country is easy. we cannot put people every where to keep a watch on our borders(its huge).
Talking of china you wouldn't like to live there. The kind of freedom of self expression which is provided here in India is not available there. they too have terrorism in their country but they use brute force to suppress it by targeting a special group of people which is not possible in this country as this is for all.
lastly talking of crime in cities, I think a lot is need to be done to solve this menace
I completely agree and resonate with the thougts of Mr Kuldeep although I agree that they could be more optimistic.
I would state that Mr Vishnu is living in a fool's world.
I am presently employed with a US MNC and earlier worked for (wasted my life) with the so called high tech Ministry of IT and I did this for 10 years, so I have enough insight and conviction to tell you that the INdian Govt is a FRAUD, when it comes to really value creation initiatives.
I have seen so many grant-in-aid proposals, eGovernance projects where the nations money was wasted. All the successful projects necessarily had a foreign tie-up component.
Mostly it was brainstorming on how to consume sanctioned budgets and the MIT is one of the more enlightened departments in the government, where corruption is minimal.
However, there is no proper project management framework, no tracking of CSFs and key objectives, which will make a real difference to the life of the Indian citizen
Anyways, without diverting from the core issue, I am in complete agreement that the Indian govt priorities are totally misplaced and geared more towards posturing.
Mr Vishnu cites the case of the Moon having deposits of He-03, some future enerygy resource and all that.
I ask, whether Sweden, Norway, Germany, Australia, Singapore do not have energy requirements. They would rather buy technology and use limited resources to give cleaner cities, better health care, better schools and public infrastructure to theor citizens, instead of spending billions of dollars on projects which the Indian govt has no hope of sustaining.
For example look at me. I learnt most of technology on Ministry funds, attended a zillion international technical conferences and eentually got frustrated when trying to implement new and improved ideas.
Eventually, it took me to leave a cushy govt job, get into the private sector (American MNC) and really use my knowledge to create value. In the bargain, I earn a salary that none of my forefathers could have dreamt of earning.
This is what will happen with Chandrayaan projects. All the scientists will eventually leave for Ariane or NASA.
Also, the fact of ISRO trying to compete with Google is a gigantic joke.
Do you know the quality of people and programmers in ISRO. They are hopeless.
All these gimmicks are for some project manager of BHUVAN to get additional funding from govt so that his team can leanr more, atend more international conferences and trainings and generally better their own careers.
Nothing wrong in that. But please dont fool the world by saying that ISRO has a Google-Earth equivalent,
You people hav not the foggiest idea of what efforet (man hours) it takes to build and deploy a platform like Google Earth.
And ISRO has done it !!
A good deviation from these depresseing Swine-fly times.
Swine flu– another issue which I can take 2 more pages to point out how the state government is mucking up things.
Look at the travesty of filth that is Mumbai, so called commercial capital.
Each open garbage dump gives out more dangerous pathogens than swine flu.
It is just that our people have become to de-sensitized to filth, dirt, bad smeels, garbage, broken roads, horribe infrastructure, that….
Less said the better. and lemme get back to earning my AMercian MNC salary and dream of that next best laptop or mobile model which I can pick up for me and family in my next overseas trip.
Thanks for backing me up. I am not sure when will Indian people wake up to the fact that Indian Government is wasting our money and failing to provide the necessary amenities to us.
Ohh ho Mr Lokesh Kulkarni,
Its sad you said that i am living in a fools world man. Dr APJ Abdul Kalam didnot leave his Government Job for a high paying private Job. Why did he stay there???? he wanted to serve buddy!
You can positively change India by working Efficiently as a Government Officer. Why did you quit and Run away??? …its true that to CHANGE a system is difficult!! … but you must have not QUIT!!!!!!!!!!
I am a Government Officer who quit his (HIGH PAYING) private job to work as a PUBLIC servent!.
You say
"I am in complete agreement that the Indian govt priorities are totally misplaced and geared more towards posturing."
In your Govt Job u cud have changed this at least to some extent… but here you are working in an MNC and shouting your throats abt Govt In-effieciency..
" Do you know the quality of people and programmers in ISRO. They are hopeless."
- For this… you quit your job ..sacrifice your time and write great software designs for ISRO who is stopping you .. …without doing any of these..you become a Hypocrite!!!! … You are not changing any system..u simply complain!!!
"All these gimmicks are for some project manager of BHUVAN to get additional funding from govt so that his team can leanr more, atend more international conferences and trainings and generally better their own careers."
ARIHANT has taken 35 years..but we are self reliant now… we dont need USA/UK 's help!
I want to ask you one question my dear Friend???
You have mentioned about great In-effieciiency present in Govet Office…what significantly has been your ACTION in Changing the system in a positive way???
Answer with your conscience!!!
How many slums have you worked in???? How many poor peoples education have you funded in Indian Slums (you said you are well paid??) … u complained about Govt in-efficiency… if Govt is'nt working..then We should…
I agree with you on Govt In-efficiencies policies going adrift… Swine fllu spread…ISRO using foriegn contracts…
However, It is better to be optimistic and work for Change ..
Research is needed for Self-Reliance… i stand by this philosophy..
Whether it be Chandrayaan, Arihant or your 1980's Arjun Tank … Quit your job and productively work for the Country… if China wages a war on India..your American MNC wont come to defend INDIA… Only our self-Reliance will
Chandrayaan has spent Rs 250 Crore.. I live in Bangalore …now we are building Rs 10000 Crore Metro Rail… If all the High paid Software engineers use Public Transport i.e BMTC Bus service (they have Volvo Busses too)… Metro rail wud not be needed, as it would take away the 25 lakh private vehicles away from the road.
I travel by Public Transport only!
No one seems to Oppose Metro and its Rs 10000 crores being spent!
We have Lokesh n Kuld here talkinh about Rs 250 crore spent on Chnadrayaan and Missing Metro rail's built all over Indian Metros each costing 10's of thousands of Rupees because of the Rich Lifestyle involving usage of Personal Vehicles for Office commutation.
This is just one Example …there are many more!!! For this there is a proverb….
Pennywise Pound Foolish????????????????
Do you want a list of what all could be done in India ? And do you want a proof that what whatever amenities and facilities you are saying Indian Government has started has been provided to US European Citizens years ago. I mean ages ago
And ouor MNC guy who left India, he did try to work for India for 10 years. If you read properly he mentioned that he tried to convince government for doing good projects but ended up in vain. Its not that people don't want to do good things. They want to its our constitution and their caretakers are not willing to let us do that. We are so fcuked up that I am not thinking of getting out of it very early.
i completely agree with kuldeep, iam really fed up, Mr. vishnu said that" quit ur job and serve the government", – this is not possible in this country as a social worker myself, to serve people you will have to bribe the officials. this is the fate of this country. regarding wasting of taxpayers money , chandrayan is one fine example.
I was so excited when the launch of Bhuvan was reported in newspapers and news websites this morning and promptly downloaded the BhuvanSetup.exe, which is nothing by TerraExplorer.
Alas, the link given on various sites http://bhuvan.nrsc.gov.in does not work and I don't have a clue as to how I can view Indian cities using TerraExplorer. Any help on how to view Indian terrain?
Thanks for the information. Let me see this Google Earth Competitor
I think that our great country had been slaved for 1000 years just because of these Kuldeep and Lokesh type of highly negative and useless and unpatriotic type of personalities whose much life time passes in rebuckiing their own country, these type of personalities could not be said patriotic. on the other hand this country lives and breathe due to persons like vishu and I want to solute the spirit of vishu.
And I want to tell these type of personalities like Kuldeep and Lokesh that either do something for your country or just or mouth keep shut….!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mayank, I understand your emotions and you won't even imagine I go through the same rage and emotions when someone in India does wrong things. People have tried to do it many things its just not working at all. There will be millions of people in India who feel like me and there will be millions of people like you. We can not stop someone else to put their thoughts forward.
But the reality is that we are escaping from the fact that our government is not doing the job upto the mark. No matter how patriot you are and no matter how coward I am, the fact remains the same that our government is the culprit for many things and we are not progressing the way we should have in the last 50-60 years.
I was finally able to access this site http://bhuvan.nrsc.gov.in
I took a look at Hyderabad and Chennai but the resolution is just no match for GoogleEarth. Now I begin to wonder why ISRO should compete with GE and come out a distant second! Its worth the tax payer's money if and only if it displays images with a resolution which are at least twice what GE offers. Right now the quality if images is nowhere near what the newspaper (Indian Express and Deccan Chronicle) reports say. Certainly doesn't do much for patriotism.
I did not even remotely suggest that we Indians should resign to our fate. Wonder where you read that "logic" from. All I am saying is that it is disappointing and we Indians can certainly do much better.
Merely saying that Indians are capable of better things is not sufficient. We need to do it… one by one… all of us.
America has a very high crime rate in most of its cities, can't deal with cross border human and drug infiltrations at all and new Orleans has not been reconstructed to even 30% of its original size in 4 years while they send 100s of millions to Haiti. It makes me laugh when people compare India to the west. The west is not all colorful like some of you might blindly believe. Most people don't even have proper health coverage here and live on social security and food stamps (23% of population). At least the Indian poor are self reliant in survival.
Mr Kuldeep,
as your were talking about infrastructure, I want to mention my point. I hope u agree Telecom is also considered as infrastructure. Now u r absolutely enjoying STD/ISD/local call facilities with in no time, Now in India every Common man is having a Mobile & enjoying various benefits but 10-15 yrs back from now – if u want to do a STD call u have to book a Trunkcall & wait for half day if u r not aware ask ur father, this kind of drastic change happened just bcos of the Telecommunication satellites from ISRO. Now everyone is enjoying the Broadband services, 3G network – nothing might be possible if ISRO/Indian Govt had visualized about our future, 25 years back.
so If you have such a brilliant views keep it with you, don't ur idiotic thoughts like this without at least half knowledge.
Moderator is requested to please close the post. it is leading to no revolution. So please……….
I don't want to die with the same problems that I saw growing up. So let the discussion flow and I believe one fine day it would really matter when we people talk and government would listen to our discussion and see how bad we feel when our own government tries to make fool out of us.
I agree, Neemit and Kuldeep, however the way i am linked with revolutioners is where we also start thinking constructive. Though it is really very easy to criticize any initiative as we have it in ourselves by default, however as a responsible revolutioners, we should start using could have after each criticism, and then rest of the post should do the brain cheating, where the others can build constructive on all the suggestions provide against any crticism. Please add this in the post if you think this should be the ideal voice of revolutioners
Coming to the actual concerns, i don't think that government has anything to do in this project apart from funding it in their annual budgets. There are big think tanks available in ISRO and other such research departments, who put in big project proposals, along with various other alternatives and considerations. Most of the times Govt just look at the long term and short term benefits and provides the approvals.
And thus any project can get criticised just like that and any other project such as initiatives taken by railways during the leadership of our dearest lalu prasad yadav has got loads of appreciations which also included the introduction of so called unhygenic "Kullhad" at all railway stations for tea and coffee.
So my suggestion to all revolutioners (and its upto them to take it or leave it) is to lets get involved in the posts in constructive ways. Start the concept of brain cheating where one liner idea coming from one revolutioner should give some clue to others so, that they can either build it up or come with any other idea, and you will see lot of changes in your life as well while thinking constructively.
Thanks Maneesh. Lets just see how far we go with our suggestions and innovations.

Amruthapani
Thanks for the information Amruthapani . I will surely check this out. People have been eagerly waiting for Bhuvan's launch. However so far the feedback is not good for Bhuvan. Website is crashing and taking a long time to load. May be its due to high traffic on ISRO's website.
I see a healthy argument going on here..
My views on Bhuvan..I do agree that with my first look it is not up to the expectations. But whatever the efforts and money they put in is not going in vain..if they really can come up with atleast 60 %- 70 % what all they said, it would be a great tool in many ways.
One of the main economy resource these days for INDIA is real estate. I see people using wikimapia all the time to look around where and what is going on in and around the cities. wikimapia and google earth all has 4-5 yrs lag in the images of India, where as if we have more up to date info it would help more ppl to look around what is happening and where are potentials of growth in and around the cities.
They might have invested in few crores for the project but once ppl start using it fetches a lot more investments to INDIA. This is just in one sector and the major one..there are many other uses which google earth serves can be used in INDIA..don't keep thinking that giving food, cloth and house to everyone in the country is not the only thing to improving the country..I agree its the most priority one but to keep up with the technology and growth we have to look into other aspects as well…which will eventually change the poor ppls life..
wtf!! its beta version so it will have problems…and yeah KULDEEP ….as this is created by government agencies…so you can't access the vulnerable areas map(which u can in google earth)..so it's not a joke that it won't help terrorists…
and stop complaining dude ..go and have a lyf …..and yeah if u think u can do a better job than u have every right to complain about it…and i think BHUVAN when its final product would be released …it would be of great help…as it will update the images more frequently …than what google earth does..or wikimapia(as it uses google maps)…
My dear friend Yes I indeed can do a better job. Do you think our developers in India are so pathetic that they would create such a website like ISRO's. Come on man. My Blog looks better than ISRO's website. And a matter of fact any government website. Just check out my Post regarding the same I had already raised my concerns on quality of our Indian websites. Any web developer would like to help our government and provide the services for free even. But our government does not even want to give a chance to anyone for the same. I understand the confidentiality part that not anyone should be given access to confidential documents.
And leave the functionality, I am not even talking about functionality. Its not even opening. I understand that there are so many people trying to see what is there in IRSO out of curiosity. Thats why there is a huge traffic on the website. But man have you seen the page extension, they are developed in ancient language. Can our government not even afford a good host, a good UI designer, a better developer. From where the hell did NIC hire these guys. I am completely astonished and amazed.
I bet, our government would have got a better and stable website in lesser money if they had freelanced this project rather then relying on our Sarkari Babus.
yeah i agree with you about the website !!…it really looks pathetic….
but i think it is so because ..bhuvan is designed to be bandwidth friendly …. atleast they say so it would be accessed at 256 kbps too!!
You can make out with the kind of absurd points ISRO is making, if its true. My dear friend accessing an internet based website or application does not have to do anything with the speed of internet. It just needs internet connection. It would just be slow that's it.
The only way our Chandrayaan can help is, if its capable of, is to provide evidence of some kind of civilization on moon. I would be the happiest person on this earth if this happens. Because till now every government is trying to hide the extra terrestrial events from the world.
Hi all,
i agree little bit with kuldeep,
whatever progress our country has made is mainly because of private sectors only, government funded projects merely finishes properly, hence private-public partnership is getting popular.
and we should not blame any of our prestigious institutes like ISRO,DRDO,SAC ,
though they get failure in many aspects .there might be certain things and calculations for launching chrandyan,as far as i know it is a cult project for ISRO in rocket technology in india, thus getting more business from other coutries to help them launching their sattelite.Recently ISRO launched spy satellites for ISRAEL, the main objective behind the mission might not be disclosed to public for security reasons or anyother reason.
This year India has launched 11 satellites, including nine from other countries—and it became the first nation to launch 10 satellites on one rocket.
THOSE WHO REALLY WANT TO WORK FINDS THE WAY ,THOSE WHO DON'T FINDS EXCUSES.
Hey guys, you cannot stop whatever the government is doing. The only thing we can do is do whatever we can at the individual level.any small good thing(atleast 1 per day). I know many will argue that how will that make a difference. but my dear friends dont forget that it will certainly make a difference to the person you doing good to.If every citizen takes this initiative and start from today, I think everything would soon be in the right place.N trust me the happiness you get out of it is priceless.
OK. Like what we can do ? any suggestions.
It could be any small thing.just helping someone on the road and all those things found in moral science books which you read in school.Play your part. why think of the consequences. By doing such things we can set examples to others and atleast 1 out of the lot who saw us can react the same way. Wont that bring a change?
Poonam, I agree with you. But I am here talking about bigger challenges. Its not just about helping a blind person to cross the street. Its about our lifestyle which has been influenced by our old conservative politicians. I am talking about something like what Anil Kapoor did in the movie Naayak, if you've seen it. We need people like him in real life. People like Rahul Gandhi. I am not sure who supports Bal Thackrey and who made him a politician. And how can he call himself a patriot.
Ya kuldeep I get your point, but then have you ever noticed how our blood starts boiling when we read about people like Bal thackrey and their shocking theories on which they base their agendas,It just leads to frustration and that feeling of helplessness. So just to transform these people and change their thinking, every one has to start working towards it. And if everyone thinks like us, we will surely elect politicians like anil kapoor in nayak..or you never know it could be one out of us only, who actually want to bring a change and not just become ploiticians to get power and money.
well i think we are deviating from the topic here…..whatever….n kuldeep i know that it will work on slow internet connections ….but will take a lot of tym to load making the browsing or viewing the bhuvan pathetic ….. and if they would have designed the website better ..it would take more tym to load …and i dnt think usually in india people have better than 256 kbps bsnl connection …..yeah may be is cities like delhi we can have a 1 or 2 mbps connection ..but developers have designed it for all …not only for delhi n mumbai……..n i think that the cause of the pathetic site used by bhuvan developers..they are cutting the bandwidth usage wherever they can…….whereas google is originally designed for US market where the average connection speed is more than 4 mbps…….
Download the latest plugin for Bhuvan at isrobhuvan.org
That does not change the fact that its a pathetic piece of work. Thanks for the information though.
I would not agree that efforts they are taking is worthless. But definitely look and feel of the website is very pathetic. I myself is web designer and as Mr. Pankaj argues that it is made for slow connections. Well I can propose better design for website which can execute faster even that existing one on internet connection you are mentioning of 256kbps. Good Looking website has nothing to do with speed. Google too has simple look and feel and google as said its always faster. Its simple but presentable.
Presentation is very important to any thing no matter how the concept is.. and if persentation is poor no one usually like to use it.
Thats true. UI is not up to the mark of ISRO website and for a matter of fact of any government website.
Yes you are right..many terorist use Google Earth to find their target and make plan to do terorist activism. I thinks india government must be carefull to lunch this ISRO Bhuvan. it's good idea to to learn about this google earth technology. But before india goverment lunch this ISRO Bhuvan they must think how this tool not use for terrorist activism and useful for india people.
Thanks for the tip. I shall try to include more videos in my future posts.

Pingback: ISRO Chandrayaan fails - Plans to waste money again with Chandrayaan 2 | The Revolutioners
hi all….
i want to give some information about chandrayan -1 sucess. this is the lowest budget mission related to moon in the world.we are the first who discover the water on moon through chandrayan -1 my fnd.We are sending 4 rovors in chandrayan-2 who will touch the surface of monn and collect data which is helpful for us for identifing energy source area. chandrayan -1 main target is to locate the point where rovor will get down. As far nasa concerned ,till now it is not sure that any man gets down on moon or not. ISRO position is third in space power. fnd they are predicted us the superpower in future because of space power only. Every year ISRO guys have got offer from private company like honeywell with high salary package company. so, u cant compare isro with ur private sector job. avg. every man in ISRO got an oppurunity to join high packaging private sector but not all guys like kuldeep. if all people gets like kuldeep type thinking then our country also become like pakistan… samjh bache…
We quallified iit and if we want to join any company ,we can easily go for that but i think i will serve the country with my all efforts when i joined with isro. i am working here and now i m happy that my decision is correct dude. there is lot of innovating thing is going there that will not only make our country powerful but also our basic req is also gets fulfilled. one example i will tell u, we have launch ocean satellite, the aim of this sat is to point the position in sea where density of fish is high. the data is provided to fisherman, they go directly at the pointed spot and catch the fish. advantage is that ,with low effort, with low fuel cosumption we get high no. of fishes. this is only one application of ocean sat. there are lots of application available if u want to know ,go and contact in nrsc. 2nd thing we also provide money to govt. when we launch other country sat. i talked to kalam sir also, he is very upset after 1st failure of launch and guys like kuldeep make him down. but today we all know what he has done for our nation. jyada samjhna hai to swadesh movie jakr dekh lo. kuldeep ko iski jyada jarurat hai. if u dont want to say something good about ur country then plz keep ur mouth shut dear.
Mr Rocky, there are far more pressing things to sort out in this country than launching ISRO and Bhuvan.. latest example of our corrupt is CWG..
Talking about innovation.. could you tell me how many times you visited Bhuvan website after its launch till date.. I can bet not more than 5 times.. I visited the website thrice and that was just to check whether the website works or not.. and it does not.. till date.. so money went in drain.. how much.. you'd have a better idea about that.
It's amazing how much money we have wasted up in space, when we haven't even learned how to manage our own planet yet – in addition to the fact that we are still discovering new species of life and (certain Neanderthals) have also most likely bull-dozed over potential cures for diseases by our stupidity in the tropical rain forest. These corporate bastards that control such things for monetary gain, are the ones dragging everyone else down in the process. One can only hope the day comes when enough people become aware of such things and have the numbers to actually do something about it. More times than not, the ones who are often running the show…are the ones who are utterly incompetent and need to take a seat! Yep, it is all quite pathetic, to say the least!
mr. kuldeep,
i dont want to compare bhuvan with google but atleast we have tried that is enough. no one get sucess in their first attempt. if everyone think like u then we are not able to send our own satellite with our launch pad. we are independent on other country right now. our brodcast, internet service not depend on any country. by chance if there is war situation and we dont have satellite then think we cant do anything if our whole system depends on satellite of other country. i already give u example of satellite usage. u should proud of ur country as well as isro. i will tell u one more example, before 1992 we have used crogenic engine for our rocket made by russia. but US govt. stop russia to provide us crogenic engine. then tell mr. kuldeep what should we have to do? shold we sit calmly and witching the sucess of other country or we should make our own crogenic engine. whatever u say in this block but i know ur heart says ,we should make our oun engine that is indian spirit. we did the same. in this year only we have made our own cryogenic and launches it. unfortunately it gets fail in its first attempt but i have hoped on isro and next year it will crack the world with sucessful flight with our owncryogenic engine
Where were the satellites during 27/11 ? Why did US give us all the recording of terrorists talks during the whole attack? I am not against all this wastage of money. All I am asking is are we doing enough to protect our country? Have we taken all those measures that a developed country has taken for counter terrorism? What is the use of those satellites if they are not serving any purpose? I already stated it somewhere that there are far more pressing things to deal with right now in India than finding water on Moon. I hope you get that.
one thing more mr kuldeep, humari railway bhi humesha loss me jati hai. aap use kyu nai band karwa dene ka koi suggestion dete hain. now u will that that is essential req for our country so we cant stop. similarly i can say development in space technolgy is essential req for our country if u want to know about these req then better go to NRSC hyderabad ,fix a meeting and talk about uses of satellite. then i think u are able to judge use of isro in development of our country. onethink i want to share to everyone that our democracy and ISRO these two are the best things that we got after 15th aug 1947. this is not my view ,this is the statement coming in world conference meeting.
Railway is in loss not because of people of this country. Its because the way they its managed. If you need more clarity on this then let me know.
mr kuldeep .. regarding bhuvan i talked to isro specialist, they told that govt didnt give them enough money for server. there are only two sever that is supprting bhuvan. while in the case of google 400 sever give support. thats why our bhuvan got problems. one good newz for those who loves india and isro. we are going to launch GAGAN in two years which work similar to GPS system. now kuldeep like fellow will ask what is the need for if gps is available. i want to clearify NASA has control on GPS. so when they want that data is not avail to indian they will block it. so we want to make india independent. so we will launch our own navigation system that is Gagan.
dont blame isro
OK Sir, I will not
