Around Diwali, the usual constant stream of “visitors” will show up. The crew of building watchmen (half a dozen of whom you’ve never seen before), the janitor, the postman, the maid, and probably some random strangers chancing their luck – they will all knock on your door looking for Diwali “Baksheesh.” Baksheesh is a term that loosely refers to either a tip or, interestingly, a bribe.
For people, the popularity of tipping has always been something of a mystery. Take restaurant tipping as a typical example. Since the tip is usually given at the end of the meal, what good purpose does it serve? Since the service has already been provided, it can’t by definition affect the quality of the service you received? It would make sense maybe for a repeat customer on the basis that a kind tip would lead to the probability of better service next time.
But researchers have something else to say. As per the researchers, tipping is equally likely to yield same service whether a customer plans to return or not. The consensus seems to be that tipping is best understood as a social norm, a form of charitable giving tied to the provision of a service.

I don’t know what it is that makes me get my hands on new and old gadgets. I have been planning to buy a PS3 for long and finally I got it. Thank you Papa. It wouldn’t have been possible without your support
I bought 250 GB GOW III edition. People say its a great game well that I would have to wait and see. I am still exploring it.
I am new to gaming consoles, this is my first ever console. Alright, second; first was little master 8bit. Not into gaming much. Just bought it out of curiosity. I like to buy things which are immensely popular and are of great quality. Heard so much about PS3 and I just wanted to own one and then play ! And I also wanted to use it for media center sort of device.

You might have Googled it a lot and found nothing. Am I right ? Yeah hope so. OK, here is the deal. I ordered Hershey’s KISSES chocolates in India and got them delivered in Delhi. I don’t know people are so mad about Hershey’s Chocolates in India. But now you can get them anywhere in India anytime you want.
The website which offers such service is http://www.us2ap.com There are multiple child websites like us2delhi, us2guntur, us2bangalore etc. But the parent site is us2ap and you might notice all these child websites link to the parent website and one does not even come to know because they are all exactly the same.
This website only accepts credit cards no net banking
Anyways, feedback time. It took me about 10 days to get my chocolates delivered. So if you are dying of Hershey’s Chocolate and can’t get the Hershey’s kisses in india anywhere, don’t worry you can get them here. Customer service is OK. Don’t expect much. All I want to say is expect worse customer service but your Hershey’s chocolate will be delivered for sure. Don’t worry.
If anyone knows a better way of getting these chocolate in India then please post the link here.
Do you also feel the same way as I do. I mean do you not feel a bit relaxed after writing that post. I get a sense of accomplishment every time and I am sure you do too. I recently got this idea and implemented it on this blog. I always run out of bandwidth if I use lot of pictures in my post. I like to add pictures in my post but as you might have noticed for the past few months I am not using much images while writing post. So I came up with a solution for that. I had some blogs setup on WordPress and I was not using them very frequently. So I basically used the WordPress blog to host my images. Its very easy to start a blog of your own with having to have hosting or any technical knowledge.

I recently purchased an old HP wireless Desktop (Mouse and Keyboard) through a forum. When I got it, it was not working properly. No offense to the seller but I should have really checked the product when I received it. But I did not. Only the left click worked fine but the right click was giving me hard time. I crack opened the Mouse and tried to clean the button with thinner but still the same problem.

I was in such a mess for the last 2 weeks. I had installed windows again and was not able to get my Wireless Adapter to work. It is Netgear WG311v3. I tried downloading Netgear’s official Windows 7 supporting drivers as well but still no go. Then after searching here and there found a solution. Now the Wifi seems to be working fine on my Windows 7 x32. I am providing the steps for you to install in case you are also wondering like me.
Important Note: I have 4GB RAM installed on my PC. Just found out the reason why it was not working with the official version of drivers is because of high RAM capacity. Anyways, here is the solution in case you also happen to have more then 2GB RAM.

What is this all about ? What the crap ? What the hell is wrong with Kuldeep ? Why is he writing on such a pathetic topic? While your mind is flooded with all these kinds of questions, there goes one more. Ever wondered how any people die just because of rash driving. I know what you are thinking now. Alright let me tell you.l I did some digging on this. We are number 1 yey ! According to World Road Statistic data 2007 around 1 million people died in road accident. Now what do you think how many of those 1 million people would have died because of their own mistakes. I would say not more than 50%. So how did the rest of the half a million people die in road accidents. The answer is they all died because some jackass was driving rash.
