Absolutely, and once we achieve that there is no turning back for government owned services. All services offered by the government are of top notch technology however people who are supposed to take care of these technologies does not know how to handle these things. So I am assuming there should be some private sector people hired by the government departments to inculcate the work culture that actually inspires employees to work.

I fully agree to what Kuldeep has said. I recommend that all government employees and departments need overhauling. Government needs to enforce accountability for each and every employee and try to compete with private players so that every individual of this country enjoys the benefit of competition.

I wish I could but where I live MTNL is the only service provider. Airtel has not put their footsteps in our location.
